Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and washed
  • 1/2 cup shaved dark chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the softened cream cheese until the texture is smooth and free of lumps.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and salt, beating until the mixture is velvety and fully incorporated. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Reduce the mixer to the lowest setting or switch to a rubber spatula and gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a folding motion to maintain aeration.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the dip to firm up.
  5. Serve with fresh strawberries and optional shaved dark chocolate garnish.
