Ingredients:

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 24 lollipop sticks (6 inch)
  • 16 oz white or pink candy melts
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp heart-shaped sprinkles
  • 4 oz red candy melts

Instructions:

  1. Insert the lollipop sticks into the cream filling of each Oreo, pressing firmly but gently.
  2. Place candy melts and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring vigorously between each session until smooth and glossy.
  3. Hold the Oreo by the stick and dip it straight down into the melted chocolate until fully covered. Lift, tap the wrist to remove excess coating, and place on parchment paper.
  4. Immediately add heart-shaped sprinkles to the pops while the chocolate shell is still wet.
  5. Melt the red candy melts and use a fork or piping bag to create thin, criss-cross drizzle lines over the pops.
  6. Place the tray in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until the chocolate is firm to the touch.
