Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes, quartered into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Cube the sirloin steak into uniform 1-inch pieces and quarter the baby red potatoes into small 1/2-inch pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the steak cubes with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper, and 1 tsp garlic powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, coat the quartered potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp paprika.
  4. Lay out two large squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil and divide the seasoned steak and potatoes evenly between them in a single layer.
  5. Combine melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice, then drizzle the mixture evenly over the top of each packet.
  6. Fold the foil edges together and pinch tightly to create a sealed envelope, leaving approximately one inch of headspace for steam.
  7. Cook using one of the following methods: Oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, Air Fryer at 380°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes, or on hot coals for 15-20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
