Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lb baby red potatoes, quartered into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Cube the sirloin steak into uniform 1-inch pieces and quarter the baby red potatoes into small 1/2-inch pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the steak cubes with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper, and 1 tsp garlic powder.
- In a separate bowl, coat the quartered potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp paprika.
- Lay out two large squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil and divide the seasoned steak and potatoes evenly between them in a single layer.
- Combine melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice, then drizzle the mixture evenly over the top of each packet.
- Fold the foil edges together and pinch tightly to create a sealed envelope, leaving approximately one inch of headspace for steam.
