Ingredients:

  • 500g Cheese Ritz Bits
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 packet (28g) dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the olive oil, ranch dressing mix, dried dill, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Note: Whisk until the mixture looks creamy and opaque.
  2. Pour the Cheese Ritz Bits into your large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle the ranch emulsion evenly over the crackers.
  4. Gently fold the crackers using a spatula. Note: Be careful not to crush the bits; just lift and turn.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the coated crackers in a single layer. Note: Don't crowd them, or they won't crisp up evenly.
  7. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 10-13 minutes. until a nutty, toasted aroma is present and they are pale gold.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes on the pan.
