Ingredients:
- 3 cups (450g) cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
- 4 cups (560g) broccoli florets, steamed and dried
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp (3g) onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups (170g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup (10g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp (1g) smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
- Gently fold in the shredded chicken and steamed broccoli using a spatula. Stir until every piece of chicken is coated in the sauce.
- Transfer the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly with the back of a spoon.
- Layer the shredded cheddar and Parmesan over the top, finishing with a sprinkle of smoked paprika.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese has reached a deep golden-brown hue.
