Ingredients:

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions:
- In a stainless steel mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, ketchup, paprika, and garlic powder until the sugar begins to dissolve.
- Fold in the mayonnaise and rice vinegar. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is a uniform, pale orange color and no streaks of mayonnaise remain.
- Gradually whisk in water, one tablespoon at a time, until the sauce reaches a velvety, pourable consistency that coats the back of a spoon.
