Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions:

  1. In a stainless steel mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, ketchup, paprika, and garlic powder until the sugar begins to dissolve.
  2. Fold in the mayonnaise and rice vinegar. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is a uniform, pale orange color and no streaks of mayonnaise remain.
  3. Gradually whisk in water, one tablespoon at a time, until the sauce reaches a velvety, pourable consistency that coats the back of a spoon.
