Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Pour the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice into a mason jar.
  2. Add the garlic powder, oregano, basil, sugar, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese to the jar.
  3. Screw the lid on tightly and shake vigorously for 30 seconds until the oil is broken into tiny droplets and the liquid is cohesive and opaque.
  4. Taste the dressing with a leaf of lettuce; add a pinch more sugar if too sharp, or a teaspoon of lemon juice if too heavy.
