Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Pour the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice into a mason jar.
- Add the garlic powder, oregano, basil, sugar, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese to the jar.
- Screw the lid on tightly and shake vigorously for 30 seconds until the oil is broken into tiny droplets and the liquid is cohesive and opaque.
- Taste the dressing with a leaf of lettuce; add a pinch more sugar if too sharp, or a teaspoon of lemon juice if too heavy.
