Ingredients:
- 2 oz deli turkey breast
- 1 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 5 medium strawberries
- 1/2 cup cucumber slices
- 4 baby carrots
- 7 whole grain crackers
- 1 tbsp raw almonds
- 2 tbsp roasted garlic hummus
Instructions:
- Wash all produce under cold running water.
- Use a crinkle cutter to slice the cucumbers and carrots into ridges.
- Peel and halve the hard-boiled egg, sprinkling a tiny pinch of sea salt on top.
- Place the hummus in the smallest leak-proof container or silicone liner.
- Surround the dip with the cucumber slices and baby carrots.
- Arrange the turkey rolls and cheese cubes in an alternating pattern in the medium compartment.
- Fill the remaining gaps with the blueberries and strawberries.
- Scatter the whole grain crackers and nuts in the final section.
