Ingredients:

  • 2 oz deli turkey breast
  • 1 oz sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 5 medium strawberries
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 4 baby carrots
  • 7 whole grain crackers
  • 1 tbsp raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp roasted garlic hummus

Instructions:

  1. Wash all produce under cold running water.
  2. Use a crinkle cutter to slice the cucumbers and carrots into ridges.
  3. Peel and halve the hard-boiled egg, sprinkling a tiny pinch of sea salt on top.
  4. Place the hummus in the smallest leak-proof container or silicone liner.
  5. Surround the dip with the cucumber slices and baby carrots.
  6. Arrange the turkey rolls and cheese cubes in an alternating pattern in the medium compartment.
  7. Fill the remaining gaps with the blueberries and strawberries.
  8. Scatter the whole grain crackers and nuts in the final section.
