Ingredients:
- 8 oz lean deli turkey breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 medium ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
Instructions:
- Mash the avocado in a small bowl with the lemon juice, Greek yogurt, and sea salt using a fork until the texture is velvety and smooth.
- Lay the tortillas flat on your workspace.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of the avocado mixture evenly across the center of each wrap, leaving a 1 inch border around the edges.
- Layer the sliced turkey on top of the spread. Ensure the meat covers the avocado completely.
- Pile the diced cucumber, shredded carrots, and thinly sliced red onion over the turkey.
- Top the vegetables with the shredded romaine and crumbled feta.
- Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla inward toward the center.
- Tightly roll the wrap from the bottom up, applying firm pressure until the roll is secure and compact.
