Ingredients:
- 1 cup (245g) Plain Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla Whey or Plant-Based Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Pure Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup (75g) Fresh Mixed Berries
- 1 tsp (5g) Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp (15g) Sliced Almonds or Low-Sugar Granola
Instructions:
- Scoop 245g of Greek yogurt into your medium mixing bowl. Add 30g of protein powder, 15ml of maple syrup, and 2.5ml of vanilla extract.
- Using your spatula, fold the ingredients together gently. Continue stirring until the mixture is velvety and smooth with no dry clumps of powder. Note: Avoid whisking too hard or you'll incorporate too much air, making it fluffy instead of creamy.
- Gently fold in 75g of mixed berries and 5g of chia seeds. Stir slowly until the berries are evenly distributed without being crushed.
- Transfer the mixture to your bowl or glass jar.
- Sprinkle 15g of sliced almonds or granola across the top.
- Serve immediately for maximum crunch or seal the jar for later.
