Ingredients:
- 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, diced
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Granola
- 1/3 cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and whisk until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the yogurt mixture on top, spreading it into an even layer approximately 1/2 inch thick using a spatula.
- Scatter the diced strawberries, blueberries, granola, and chocolate chips evenly across the surface, gently pressing them into the yogurt to anchor them in place.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until the yogurt is firm to the touch and no longer tacky.
- Lift the parchment paper out of the pan and snap the frozen bark into irregular, bite-sized shards by hand.
