Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Granola
  • 1/3 cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and whisk until the mixture is completely smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the yogurt mixture on top, spreading it into an even layer approximately 1/2 inch thick using a spatula.
  3. Scatter the diced strawberries, blueberries, granola, and chocolate chips evenly across the surface, gently pressing them into the yogurt to anchor them in place.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until the yogurt is firm to the touch and no longer tacky.
  5. Lift the parchment paper out of the pan and snap the frozen bark into irregular, bite-sized shards by hand.
