Instructions:
- Pat the green beans with paper towels until they are bone-dry to ensure maximum crispness.
- Trim the woody stem ends of the beans while leaving the tapered tails for a rustic appearance.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Place the dry beans in a large mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss vigorously until evenly coated.
- In a small separate bowl, whisk together the parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the oiled beans and toss until the coating adheres to the surface of the vegetables.
