  • 1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Pat the green beans with paper towels until they are bone-dry to ensure maximum crispness.
  2. Trim the woody stem ends of the beans while leaving the tapered tails for a rustic appearance.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  4. Place the dry beans in a large mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss vigorously until evenly coated.
  5. In a small separate bowl, whisk together the parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the oiled beans and toss until the coating adheres to the surface of the vegetables.
  7. Arrange the beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if necessary) and air fry for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
