Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and patted completely dry
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff or marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted semi sweet chocolate (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Use a paper towel to pat each berry until bone dry Note: This ensures the fluff actually sticks.
  2. Thread one large strawberry onto each skewer.
  3. Spoon the marshmallow fluff into a bowl.
  4. Dip each strawberry into the fluff, rotating it for a thick, even coat.
  5. Roll the coated berry in the graham cracker crumbs, pressing gently to embed them.
  6. Hold the skewers 6 inches above glowing campfire embers.
  7. Rotate the strawberries constantly for 2–3 minutes until the fluff is a deep, golden mahogany.
  8. Optional: Dip the toasted tip into melted semi sweet chocolate for 2 seconds.
  9. Let set for 1 minute before serving.
