Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and patted completely dry
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff or marshmallow cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted semi sweet chocolate (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash and hull the strawberries. Use a paper towel to pat each berry until bone dry Note: This ensures the fluff actually sticks.
- Thread one large strawberry onto each skewer.
- Spoon the marshmallow fluff into a bowl.
- Dip each strawberry into the fluff, rotating it for a thick, even coat.
- Roll the coated berry in the graham cracker crumbs, pressing gently to embed them.
- Hold the skewers 6 inches above glowing campfire embers.
- Rotate the strawberries constantly for 2–3 minutes until the fluff is a deep, golden mahogany.
- Optional: Dip the toasted tip into melted semi sweet chocolate for 2 seconds.
- Let set for 1 minute before serving.
