Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (280g) cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (115g) ranch dressing
  • 1 cup (115g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) buffalo hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Stir vigorously until the mixture is a smooth, pale orange color with no visible lumps.
  2. Fold in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until the chicken is fully coated in the sauce.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish and smooth the top.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly across the surface.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese on top is melted and slightly browned.
