Ingredients:
- 2 cups (280g) cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (115g) ranch dressing
- 1 cup (115g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (120ml) buffalo hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) garlic powder
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Stir vigorously until the mixture is a smooth, pale orange color with no visible lumps.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until the chicken is fully coated in the sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly across the surface.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese on top is melted and slightly browned.
