Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Pat the salmon cubes bone-dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the cubes with olive oil, then sprinkle the cornstarch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over them. Shake until each piece is evenly coated.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they are not touching. Air fry for 8 minutes, shaking the basket at the 4-minute mark.
  3. While the salmon cooks, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley. Immediately transfer the cooked salmon to a clean bowl, pour the garlic butter over them, and toss gently to coat.
